Mr Enechukwu is a senior member of Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria and well respected in his field. He holds a Masters in Project Management (MPM). He is also a Member Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors London , Fellow Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors , Member, Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators.
His work includes, NNPC PPMC Mosini Ogun State , 10-storey Office Complex for Obodex (Nig.) Ltd. (Etiebets Place) at Airport Road Ikeja Lagos, 12-Storey Head Office Complex with basement for Intercontinent Bank Ltd (now Access Bank Plc) at Victoria Island Lagos. (Completed.) First Bank Branch Offices at Agodi Ibadan and Oreh. UBA Branch Offices at Ikeja, Ilupeju and Enugu Main Branch.
