Mr. Joachin Okonkwo is the President and CEO of Nahid’s Development Company.
Okonkwo is involved in substantial real estate developments in Ghana, Nigeria and North
America. Mr. Okonkwo is the co-founder of UBI Holdings and an entrepreneur with
businesses ranging from Real Estate, Oil and Gas, Agriculture and Healthcare. He is also a
member of the Board of Trustees of Chaste Trust UK.
Nahid’s Property Development, LLC., a privately held real estate investment company, which
has offices in Accra and Lagos. It currently manages a $30,000,000 development portfolio.
The company boasts of having more than $80,000,000 in real-estate assets. He continues to
oversee all aspects of Nahid’s businesses including the investments. The Company today
operates as a construction (Nahid’s Development) and real estate development company
(Nahid’s Properties). The marriage of the two has proved successful for Okonkwo
To date, the development portfolio of the company has exceeded $160 million.
